What services do you offer and how can I prebook?
We offer Transfers, Sightseeing Tours, Excursions, Package Tours, Shore Excursions, Cruises, and One Day Trips. You can easily prebook these services online via our website. After prebooking, you will receive a confirmation email with all details. Final check and confirmation of your booking is required 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Can I book over the phone or when I arrive?
We do not accept bookings while you are on board or upon arrival. All tours must be prebooked online or via our customer support team. Final confirmations should be made at least 48 hours before your arrival.
Can I book more than one tour? Are there discounts for multiple bookings?
Yes, you can prebook multiple tours depending on your schedule. Each tour requires a separate confirmation. Due to our competitive pricing, we do not offer multi-booking discounts.
Can I modify or correct booking details?
Minor corrections (e.g., spelling, titles) do not require new vouchers. For name or date changes, please send a request with your booking number to the Explore Ephesus Team.
What if I need to cancel or get a refund?
Refunds depend on the product and cancellation policy. Please check the policy before your travel date. For cancellations or refund requests, email us with your booking number.
What is the departure location and time?
Details including pick-up points and departure times are available on your travel voucher. If not listed, contact the local provider 24 hours in advance to confirm.
Do you pick up from hotels or private addresses?
We pick up from major hotels listed during booking. If you’re not staying at a hotel, choose the nearest major hotel or come to the listed departure point.
What languages are available for tours?
Tours are primarily in English. Other languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Chinese are available upon request, subject to availability.
Can I request a customized or group tour?
Yes, we offer tailor-made tours for individuals or groups. Contact us via email or fill out the Custom Design & Group Request Form, and we will prepare a proposal within 24 hours.
Do you offer group discounts for more than 8 people?
We specialize in small group tours but are happy to arrange private or discounted tours for larger groups. Contact us directly for details.
